Cabin Fever

Last weekend Bryce and I were able to spend the weekend with some of our friends at Chris' cabin over in Bear Lake. We went with Mike and Tami, Jacqui and Jared, and Amy and Aaron. It was alot of fun. Jocie and Steph watched Cooper for us, which I am very grateful for. On Friday night, we ended up getting up their late so we just brought some take and bake pizzas. We played games and sang kareoke all night.
On Saturday morning, we got up and cooked a great breakfast, which included eggs, bacon, and pancakes. It was just a fun time to be able to relax and enjoy each others company. In this pretty picture, we are in our pajamas and just finished making breakfast.

Later that day, we went snow mobiling over to the sinks. I am not really into snowmobiling that much, but everybody had a great time. Its only the third time I have been on a snowmobile and they kind of scare me when I am not the one driving. It was still a good time and the men stayed out longer than the woman and were able to have a fun time being crazy. Bryce even tipped his snow mobile, but he didn't get hurt. I am glad that he got to go do something he loves doing, but doesn't have the opportunity very often.

Saturday night, we grilled chicken and steak and had fajitas. I made some guacamole and we had fresh salsa and it couldn't get any better than that. Everybody was so exhausted that night, that we ended up watching the Jazz game and then going to bed a little later on.

It was really nice of Chris and Michelle to let us stay in their cabin. They are very generous people and we are thankful to them for the great weekend we had in Bear Lake!
